Mail-In Watch Repair Process

For your convenience, Kingsley Jewelry accepts mail-in watch repairs with a streamlined process:

  1. Pack your watch securely in a well-padded box to prevent damage.
  2. Insure the package for its full value.
  3. Include your name, address, phone number, and a detailed repair request note.
  4. Declare a reasonable replacement value for insurance coverage.


Upon receipt, we’ll provide a repair estimate. If accepted, we’ll begin work promptly and communicate an estimated turnaround time. If declined, we’ll return your timepiece upon payment of return shipping and insurance.
